  • Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales, to ensure successful implementation of our industrial automation solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on OleumTech's product offerings and applications.
  • Business Development: Meet with customers to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Field Support: Provide on-site support to customers for OleumTech implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations to customers to demonstrate the value of OleumTech's solutions.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events to promote OleumTech's products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to solve customer problems and document best practices to improve team performance.
  • Customer Visits and Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer visits and interactions in our CRM tool.
Requirements
  • Self-Starter: You are a self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: You possess in-depth knowledge of industrial instrumentation and wireless technologies.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent work-related experience, and at least 6 years of pre/post sales experience in the oil and gas market.
