The primary focus of this role is to assess and underwrite both new and renewal Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of both primary and excess E&O risks.
- Ensure compliance with established underwriting guidelines, systems, and procedures.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
- Adhere to defined service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the underwriting team's monthly and annual production objectives.
- Participate actively in regular team discussions regarding underwriting matters.
- Take responsibility for generating new business opportunities and enhancing broker relationships.
- Assist in the training related to products and systems.
- Travel as necessary for broker and client engagements.
