Paralegal - Ethics and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Global Ethics and Compliance team at Raytheon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our ethics and compliance program across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of our Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO) Network, including maintaining program resources, communicating with part-time ECOs, and facilitating information flow between GEC leadership and the ECO Network.
- Work with members of the Anti-Corruption team on the review, disposition, and documentation of key compliance matters, with a focus on data integrity.
- Assist with other E&BC team tasks as requested, including routing documents for review and approval.
- Ensure sensitive matters disclosed to GEC are handled with discretion and care.
- Support the roll-out of new communications and training messages from E&BC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across various initiatives.
- Typically requires an associate degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
- Paralegal certification.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Experience working with ethics and compliance professionals.
- Exceptional communications, organization, listening, and writing skills.
- Strong computer technology skills, including managing electronic files in various shared systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, independently, as well as collaboratively, and operating under tight deadlines with a broad range of responsibilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible.
- Experience handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
- Good general knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor, ethics, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
