About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team at Aftermath Services. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our biohazard remediation teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing tailored scopes of work and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Supervise and participate in various biohazard remediation projects, including crime scene cleanup, infectious disease outbreaks, and accidents.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
