Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Loricus, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, both onsite and remotely.
About the Role
- To provide responsive technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- To perform regular preventative maintenance tasks, including monthly reports, to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- To document client settings and changes, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- To monitor client system alerts, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- To work closely with the Infrastructure Engineering team on project work, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
- To research new technologies and optimize current processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- A four-year college degree in IT or computer systems, or equivalent experience and certifications.
- One to two years of similar work experience, with a proven track record of success in technical support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Professional demeanor, phone etiquette, and strong communication skills.
- Recommended: technical certifications from Microsoft/Cisco, as well as other relevant certifications.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
