Student Engagement Network Intern

Job Summary:

The Student Engagement Network (SEN) at Penn State University is seeking highly motivated and dedicated interns to support the advancement of student engagement. As a SEN Intern, you will play a critical role in promoting student involvement, fostering a sense of community, and enhancing the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and involvement in campus life
  • Collaborate with student organizations, departments, and units to plan and execute events and programs
  • Provide support and resources to students, faculty, and staff to enhance student engagement and success
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform student engagement initiatives and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain social media content to promote student engagement and involvement
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Penn State University
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
