Job Title: Bilingual Youth Specialist

Friends of Youth is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Youth Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Youth Specialist, you will provide therapeutic support and behavioral intervention to adolescent males in our residential family services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support youth in developing life skills and achieving personal goals
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide behavioral intervention and support to youth in crisis
  • Facilitate groups and activities to promote social skills and emotional regulation
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education)
  • 1+ year of experience working with youth in a residential or therapeutic setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
