ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are in search of a Client Relations Specialist to join our expanding team. This position will involve direct client interaction and will manage the onboarding process for both new and existing clients. The primary responsibility is to ensure that accounts are established and funded accurately while providing an outstanding client experience. You will collaborate closely with our advisory team and participate in client meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, follow up, and finalize necessary documentation.
  • Address client inquiries via phone and provide resolutions or escalate as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather information, confirm attendance at events, or schedule reviews.
  • Assist clients with online access and navigation.
  • Support the receptionist during peak times or as needed.

CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Clients rely heavily on the expertise of the service associate, necessitating strong relationship-building skills.
  • This role demands effective multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A significant portion of the daily workflow is driven by client actions, alongside essential daily tasks that must be completed.
  • While occasional overtime may be required based on client needs, it is generally not common.
  • This position is fast-paced with minimal downtime; those who thrive in busy environments will find it suitable.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in client services is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while recognizing when to seek assistance.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain focus under deadlines while understanding the broader context of tasks.
