  • Keeping records of customer interactions, and processing customer accounts.
  • Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information.
  • Navigating the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
Requirements

This role requires an individual with good communication skills, able to work with little supervision, and be comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time. Must also be able to work in an in-office setting and have basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
