Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Architecture and Integration:
- Develop and execute a detailed marketing technology framework, connecting critical systems such as customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics solutions, and personalization technologies to establish a cohesive stack.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Data Science, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth integration and data flow throughout the marketing technology environment.
- Lead the technical development and ongoing improvement of our marketing technology suite, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing technology, including all tools that can enhance customer interaction and promote brand growth.
- Design and implement a thorough data strategy that encompasses all marketing technologies, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
- Guide cross-functional teams in establishing effective data collection methods, integration processes, and analytical approaches that support business goals and marketing strategies.
- Work with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models across the entire marketing technology landscape.
- Oversee the implementation of a comprehensive marketing technology roadmap, delivering an integrated suite of features and enhancements that align with strategic marketing objectives.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering or a related technical field, with at least 3 years focused on Marketing Technologies.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex data systems, with a strong preference for experience in marketing technology platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading data integration initiatives, capable of managing the full lifecycle of a Marketing Technology Platform implementation from concept to deployment.
- Strong programming and system integration skills, with proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs and data pipeline development.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working across various teams and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives.
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $150,000 - $155,000 per year plus bonus. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
