We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathology Medical Director to join our team at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the pathology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to achieve favorable patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pathology services and patient satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of pathologists, pathology assistants, and staff.
- AP/CP Board Certification required.
- Medical directorship experience required.
- High-level pathology experience required, with subspecialty interest preferred.
- South Carolina licensed or FCVS in place preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
