Overview

The Walsh Group is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Internship Program for Project Engineers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project engineering and field management, working on various projects across the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers and field supervision staff with project coordination, including writing RFIs, submittals, and assisting in change orders.
  • Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating with various contracts and materials.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.
  • Document project progress through photo documentation and other means.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
  • Ability to work a 12-week work schedule, with flexibility to relocate for specific roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
