**Job Title:** Behavioral Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Practitioner to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children, youth, and young adults.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

**About the Role:** The primary functions of a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) include facilitating social competencies and emotional development in clients. You will work with children, youth, and young adults to build competencies that enable them to succeed in their social, family, and community settings.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage families in the treatment process.
  • Contribute to the development of individual treatment plans and crisis plans.
  • Use strength-based approaches and positive attitudes when interacting with clients and families.
  • Provide effective one-on-one interventions and teach specific skills and competency development.

**Requirements:**

  • Provision of behavioral health services: 2 years of experience.
  • Certification as a BCA, BA, RBT, BCAT, or equivalent.
