About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults.

As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and interventions to clients aged 3-21. You will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and interventions to clients aged 3-21
  • Work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic activities and interventions
  • Teach clients specific skills and competency development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Provision of behavioral health services: 2 years (required)
  • Certification as a BCA, BA, or RBT (required)
  • Valid PA Motor Vehicle Operator's license (required)
  • Act 31, 33/34 clearances (required)

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
