Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Lead - Footwear to join our team at Nike. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new footwear products and ensuring their timely delivery to market. Your expertise in footwear technologies and program knowledge will enable you to make a significant impact on the company's innovation programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the development of new footwear products, including conceptual design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers and manufacturers, to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and standards for footwear products.


**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in industrial design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years relevant work experience in Footwear engineering, development.
  • Nike product process experience preferred.
  • Experience leading and developing engineering teams in the development of a single product, product function and/or product improvement/optimization effort.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with other functions of the organizations.


Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
