Senior Technical Lead

Nike's Global Technology organization is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to drive innovation and technical excellence. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing technology that shapes the future of Nike. This role involves collaborating with engineering leaders across the enterprise to create scalable solutions that modernize Nike's technology landscape.
The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in software engineering, including back-end technologies and infrastructure. They should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to multitask and innovate.
This role offers a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 10+ years developing custom software using common languages or technologies
- 7+ years in a Principal/Lead engineering role
