About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Strategy Lead to join our team at Paradigm Information Services, Inc.

This is a remote position with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in software technology and development, with a strong background in product management and analytics.

Key responsibilities include developing and prioritizing features, aligning with stakeholders, conducting market and ROI analysis, and tracking KPIs to drive product success.

As a Digital Product Strategy Lead, you will work closely with industry thought leaders and clients to determine market demand for new products and product extensions.

You will also drive future product direction roadmap & strategy, collaborate with business partners to define product roadmap, and closely interface with software development organizations and business stakeholders in sales and marketing.

Other key duties include researching alternative solutions, understanding and documenting buyer's process, managing product(s) through all stages of the product cycle, and demonstrating and training staff and clients on new and upcoming features.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required with an advanced degree (MBA) preferred. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in software technology and development arena, with 3+ years of product management experience.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of SaaS software and enterprise wide systems are essential, as well as experience in agile and scrum development methodologies.
