Technical Product Owner

Vanguard EMS is a dynamic company that values innovation and excellence in manufacturing. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner - Manufacturing to lead our production efforts and drive process improvements.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Manufacturing, or related discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. They will be responsible for managing production processes, estimating labor and material costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Analyze and interpret manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation of production processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to production personnel.
Our compensation package includes a salary of $90,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
