WW Flooring Group is a leading hardwood flooring finish facility in the United States, with a combined annual production capacity of 36 million sqft. The company was founded in 2018 and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Colorist / Quality Control Manager will report to the Director of Manufacturing and be responsible for developing colors in collaboration with the chemical supplier and production team. Key duties include monitoring operations to ensure quality standards are upheld in all aspects of the finish process and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have an eye for color and be self-motivated and results-driven. The company is a fast-paced and growing team, and the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
