Job Summary

As a Stocking Coach, Non-Complex, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business areas to ensure they are indexed to sales. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; providing associate recognition; communicating expectations consistently and effectively; ensuring diversity and inclusion awareness; and recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of driving results. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business management and leadership, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation for this position includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. You may also be eligible for Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure, based on location, facility sales volume, and external factors that create challenges.
