GM Coach

As a GM Coach at Walmart, you will lead and develop high-performing teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback to ensure exceptional customer service standards.

• Lead and develop teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Teach, train, and actively listen to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
• Tour stores and provide feedback to ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates
• Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
