Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior restaurant management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including financial management, team leadership, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and labor laws.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. These demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
