- Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant is operating within budget and achieving financial targets.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and receives the highest level of service.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, paper, and cleaning supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staffing levels, including scheduling and time-off requests, to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety, liquor laws, and employment laws.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior restaurant management experience.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including financial management, team leadership, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and labor laws.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. These demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
