Server Representative

Eli's Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the representative of the restaurant to our guests, providing a knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful dining experience.

• Guide guests through the Eli's experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Provide exceptional service, adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Develop a strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation, and execution.
• Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly, confirming guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a sanitary environment for incoming and outgoing guests, including sanitizing tables and chairs and bathrooms between guest use.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, plants, and canopy for patio service.
• Label and package to-go items pertaining to pre-order takeout.
• Communicate respectfully with chefs and kitchen team as necessary.
• Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service.
• Engage management for any guest issue or complaint.
• Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.

• Minimum 2 years serving, expeditor, and runner experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and a passion for the service industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude.
• Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, strong multi-tasking & organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude.
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback.
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
• Beer and wine knowledge preferred.

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
