About the Role:

The Product Manager is a key member of the product management team at C2FO, responsible for driving the planning, development, and enhancement of our Enterprise Supplier platform. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, conduct market research, and oversee execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive C2FO's product strategy for the Enterprise Supplier experience product in alignment with company vision and goals.
  • Create and maintain a 12-month product roadmap for owned features that prioritizes features, enhancements, and new product initiatives based on market demand and customer needs.
  • Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria at the user story and epic level to guide product development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product development efforts and ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, including defining product requirements and coordinating with engineering teams during development.
  • Continuously monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and gather user feedback to drive improvements and inform future iterations.
  • Create and maintain product documentation outlining up-to-date functionality for easy reference.
  • Manage the software release process and conduct team demos after each release.
  • React to and help triage on-call and operational tickets, addressing issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder reviews to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate with engineering teams on technical requirements and constraints.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to drive completion of projects across multiple engineering teams.
  • Basic understanding of software application concepts (databases, APIs, frontend/backend, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully delivering and managing products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred background in financial services, B2B product management, or supply chain finance.
  • Experience in managing a network effect-based B2B fintech product.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
