About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of developers in delivering integrated technology solutions. As a key member of our ITS organization, you will be responsible for guiding the software development lifecycle across our Sales platforms, ensuring solutions align with Sales business processes and broader enterprise integration from Marketing to Financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of developers in delivering integrated technology solutions, leveraging their technical expertise in CRM platforms, particularly D365 and Salesforce.
  • Ensure software development lifecycle across Sales platforms within the ITS organization, aligning with Sales business processes and broader enterprise integration from Marketing to Financials.
  • Lead development with Agile methodologies, manage team workloads with JIRA, and improve team performance using metrics within a SAFe framework.
  • Ensure operational excellence by proactively monitoring platform health, preventing outages, and embracing a leadership role in DevOps culture and solution architecture.
  • Understand and address business needs while directing a Software Engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sales platforms such as CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred) and software development management.
  • 5+ years of software development experience (PHP, .NET, C# preferred).
  • Hands on Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Logic Apps, and Dataverse/CDS.
  • Strong Leadership in data migration, business analysis, and process transformation.
  • Proficient in managing product releases and system updates with minimal downtime.
  • Hands on experience with peripheral technologies such as SQL, SRSS, and application frameworks.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, leading teams toward self-organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate and interact across all business levels.
