Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated reliability in attendance.
  • Experience in a production-driven setting is advantageous.
  • Background in soft sales is a plus.
