Client Service Position Summary:
This position is part of Bank of America's Disability Solutions team, which provides support to clients with disabilities. The Fraud Client Services Representative will provide critical support to these clients by resolving multi-product fraud-related client requests while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions when fraud has been identified.
  • Record data captured during client interactions accurately and escalate items requiring risk review or further analysis.
  • Read frequent updates and learning materials while on calls and implement them into conversations with speed and accuracy.
  • Comply with industry regulations, bank procedures, and integrity levels of the department's system and financial controls.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have 1+ years of customer service experience, including handling difficult client situations. You should also possess bilingual Spanish language skills and be proficient in computer technology. Strong conflict management, active listening, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you should be comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Estimated salary: $43,400 - $53,100 per year.
