Job Title: Documentation Coordinator

At Bank of Hawaii, we are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Coordinator to join our team. As a Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing loan requests, preparing and performing quality control reviews of necessary loan documents, and disbursing loans and leases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review: Reviews both direct and indirect loan and lease requests for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with applicable product and bank standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Prepares and performs quality control reviews of necessary loan or lease documents for signing using automated documentation and non-automated processes as applicable.
  • Disbursal: Disburses all loan and lease requests, ensuring that funds are disbursed accurately, posted to the correct account, and enters any post-disbursal special instructions into the system.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. and 0 to 2 years of college or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Level III: Minimum 5 to 7 years loan documentation or banking industry experience in positions where general consumer and business loans knowledge was gained.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers in a networked environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
