The Rallye Motor Company, a premier luxury automotive group on Long Island, is seeking a reliable and motivated Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of our loaner fleet, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the loaner fleet is properly maintained, gassed, and staged for guest use.
  • Inspect the loaner fleet for necessary maintenance and report any issues to management.
  • Verify that vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with clients to facilitate the loaner process, communicate policies and procedures, and establish payment methods.
  • Accurately complete loaner contracts and work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in loaner cars or rental cars is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • A clean and valid driver's license is necessary.
  • A professional personal appearance is expected.
