About the Role

The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations for time and materials staffing, service centers, and work packages within the Aerospace industry. This role involves acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts, with a particular focus on the defense sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure new business and manage existing accounts, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and manage existing accounts in the Aerospace industry.
  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, including revenue and margin management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop compelling sales pitches and value propositions.
  • Write and cost bids effectively to secure new business.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and manage project teams with support from the recruiting department and other resources.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in contract management and aerospace client management.
  • Proven sales skills and experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
