Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electric (CASE) auto ecosystem. The successful candidate will bring cutting-edge expertise in Vehicle to Ecosystem (V2X) connected solutions and work closely with other areas of practice to shape value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of the business strategies of our customers, competitive landscape, and technology preferences, and their implications for our CASE team.
  2. Work as a solution leader for strategic business engagements, positioning Tephra as a 'Trusted Advisor' and 'Partner' with our customers.
  3. Continuously scan the market environment for white spaces and growth opportunities, identifying, validating, and building business cases for Intellectual Property.
  4. Drive business growth by participating in responses to key RFPs.
  5. Partner with the Product Management team to evaluate partners and partner solutions.
  6. Participate in practice capability building, defining and building industry-leading capabilities in select areas and team building by scouting for talent, mentoring, and coaching.
  7. Participate in asset building and solution development strategies in-house.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry, preferably with OEM or Tier 1 companies with global brands.
  • Hands-on experience in telematics, vehicle connectivity, vehicle to consumer, vehicle to infrastructure, and/or smart cities.
  • Leadership experience in at least one relevant program in the connected vehicle space.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at CX/VP levels in organizations.
  • Deep appreciation of technology, especially digital technologies such as AI-ML, Cloud, etc.
  • Conversant with the start-up ecosystem in the automotive business.
  • Recognized industry expert or established credentials.
  • Strong communication skills, as evidenced by speaking engagements and publications.
  • Organizational building expertise.
  • Experience working with or for major consulting or analyst forums in similar spaces is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or MBA from a reputable business school.
