Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at ACI Federal. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients, working closely with our experienced clinicians and medical staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and record them in their medical files
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical information
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
  • Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
  • Update patient records in a confidential manner
  • Evaluate patients' well-being and report any needs to medical staff
  • Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
  • Change dressings and bandages to ensure proper healing
  • Transport patients using wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys

Requirements:

  • Active State Nursing License
  • Active certifications as specified
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, transport patients, and lift as needed
