Job Description

The Business Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities. This role is ideal for an organized, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer sales process, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage customer accounts, tracking sales, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing
  • Develop, monitor, and ensure completion of field technician schedules on a daily basis
  • Manage office staff and field technicians, including payroll and performance tracking
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly business performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive growth

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Competent computer skills, including Google Mail and MS Office suite
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and filing skills
  • Phone sales experience preferred, but not required
  • CRM software experience preferred, but not required
