Overview:


Oversee and manage the Zocca Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets to ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while achieving financial objectives.


Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Manage bar operations effectively.


Handle Human Resources functions within the restaurant to attract, retain, and motivate staff; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, developing, empowering, coaching, counseling, conducting performance and salary reviews, resolving issues, facilitating open communication, and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary.


Implement company initiatives and manage restaurant operations to ensure compliance with LSOPs and SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state, and local laws, ensuring optimal service quality and hospitality for guests.


Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on various restaurant budgets and their components (labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, supplies, equipment, etc.) to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring sufficient supplies and staff are available to deliver exceptional customer service.

Address customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to guarantee a quality experience and enhance future sales opportunities.


Develop, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations, and ideas to attract more in-house guests and capture a larger share of the local market.


Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of various outlet areas and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure quality service.

Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work regularly.

Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

10+ years of experience in comprehensive Food & Beverage operations.

Requires advanced knowledge of Food and Beverage principles and practices.

Proficient in Micros and Micros Symphony systems.

Possesses extensive knowledge of food profession principles and practices, including management of personnel and complex problem-solving in food and beverage management.

Requires advanced understanding of marketing strategies and implementation, including social media and public relations.


Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing strategies, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, business plan preparation, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-term planning.

Must have computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
