Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets. Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that showcase our hotel's unique offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to achieve budgetary goals.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our food and beverage outlets and increase sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Minimum of two years of post-high school education.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage management, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
