At ExamWorks, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our healthcare services. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead client engagement efforts and develop strategic plans informed by market feedback.

About the Role:

This position involves proactively identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and representing the company at industry events to bolster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Lead client engagement efforts, focusing on face-to-face interactions and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Represent ExamWorks at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales, or equivalent experience in outside sales with a focus on territory planning and client engagement.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in CRM software, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and bonuses.
