Job Title: Lead Multi-Family Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Multi-Family Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of multi-family projects, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of the construction team, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and workers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and laws in the construction process.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that construction work aligns with the project specifications and design plans.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of the construction project, including any changes, issues, or delays that may arise.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family or commercial projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and laws related to multi-family construction.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
