Job Title: Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent

HITT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the project manager in managing workflow, communicating project priorities, and maintaining daily logs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain HITT quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Identify and resolve problems promptly and effectively
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling construction projects
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
