Clinical Magnet, a leading division of ICON Medical Network, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our well-established DSO in Valparaiso, IN.

We are offering a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year.

Job Description:
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients, maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate patients on oral health care practices and treatment options, collaborating with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic environment, staying updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participating in continuing education opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
  • Experience with Dentrix dental management software.
  • Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring comfort and trust.

This position requires an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. A monthly bonus and signing bonus are also offered.
