About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join our team at BioLife Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and negotiation, with experience working with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers on contract negotiations and issues.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contracts and coordinate with stakeholders to move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to create new procedures and workflows.
  • Proficiency or experience with a contract management system, Gatekeeper preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience in SOX controlled environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or ISO13485 certified businesses preferred.

What We Offer

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is $81,329 - $130,104 per year. Our total rewards program includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with generous match, life and disability insurance as well as time off programs of Vacation and Sick time. Additionally, we may provide cash bonus or stock equity grants based on company performance as part of our total rewards package.
