Abrazo West, a level 1 trauma center, is seeking a skilled Operating Room Charge Nurse to lead our multi-specialty OR team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to the department, ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling efforts for unit RNs
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor staff
Requirements:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR and ACLS certification
- Two years relevant clinical nursing experience, with two years supervisory experience preferred
