Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, tracking equipment, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Organize and report on incoming information, such as phone calls, emails, and memos, to executives.
  • Perform various assistant duties as assigned by executives, including picking up orders and completing personal tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-level executives.
  • Support executives with meeting preparation and take minutes.
  • Manage itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings.
  • Handle customer service and sales calls.
