Operating Room Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team in the ENT/Plastic department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OR, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, and leading a team of nurses and support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the OR, including patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Lead a team of nurses and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including anesthesia, surgery, and radiology, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- CNOR preferred.
- Current experience with ENT and Plastic surgery cases preferred.
