Operating Room Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead our surgical services team.
About the Role:The Operating Room Nurse Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing clinical and program development within the OR to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Mass General Brigham.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of professional nursing practice and planning, management, and operation of surgical services to ensure quality patient care for patients in various age groups.
- Assurance of the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice.
- Leadership and management of a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Collaboration with the Nursing Director and Associate Chief Nurse to develop and implement clinical and program development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership development and management experience preferred.
