Job Description: Closing Paralegal

This is a full-time position at our Carmel Road office in Charlotte, NC, offering health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to 401K. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience as a closing paralegal and be energetic, friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic duties to close a real estate transaction.
  • Work closely with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner.
  • Coordinate closings and communicate file status/needs with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and builder closing teams.

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
