Qualifications:- Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
- Experience with donor management systems and Canva is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, especially over the phone
- Prior experience in an administrative role is beneficial
- Alignment with our Statement of Faith
- Assist the Co-founder in organizing tasks, managing projects, and facilitating communications, including drafting newsletters and appreciation letters
- Manage the Co-founder's calendar and appointments
- Oversee the tracking and reporting of ministry metrics
- Support donor database management and foster donor relationships
- Assist in coordinating volunteers and interns
- Contribute to marketing efforts
- Perform additional duties as required
