Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Designer and Sales Representative to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up South Arlington, TX.

Job Summary

This is a remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for designing and selling custom kitchen projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Register prospects in our lead tracking system, generate leads through networking and social media, and qualify each prospect's wants and needs into a sales plan.
  • Design and Sales: Gather information to create a cabinet layout that meets the customer's needs, photograph remodeling projects, and prepare proposals and drawings using computer software.
  • Customer Service: Perform customer project check-ins and final walk-throughs on completion.
  • Event Participation: Participate in home and trade show events to promote our services.
Requirements
  • Strong Negotiating Skills: Ability to negotiate and close sales.
  • Dependability and Work Ethic: High level of motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for working in clients' homes.
