Sales Support Representatives are responsible for providing supplemental route coverage by supporting strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service to uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.
*Travel into an existing route to provide route sales support coverages for route vacancies.
* Drive a company truck to deliver products and service equipment.
* Provide waffle iron maintenance at customer facilities in accordance with company policy.
* Work with customers to resolve any complaints, escalating complex issues to management.
* Maintain an organized truck and leave the warehouse in a neat and organized manner.
* Comply with the Fleet Safety Program, traffic laws and all Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations without exception.
* Well‐spoken and persuasive at making a sales pitch
* Independent spirit and able to work without direct supervision
* Eye for detail and ensure the quality of products sold
