Your Contributions
  • Deliver strategic and proactive leadership within the scientific domain, guiding teams to achieve project objectives and site deliverables effectively.
  • Promote compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations at all levels.
  • Enhance and refine scientific discipline certifications and value propositions continuously.
  • Conduct assessments and client feedback surveys to align scientific functions with business strategies, identifying skill gaps and operational risks.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience as a Geologist in a corporate setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental laws, compliance practices, and their implications for business operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail, with a capacity to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software and communication tools relevant to the corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to corporate health and safety policies.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various schedules and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required by specific project demands.
Desirable Qualifications
