Job Summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Medical Imaging team at our M Health Fairview Children's Clinics in Minneapolis, MN.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize work to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Determine and revise priorities for diagnostic testing
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
  • Apply established professional guidelines and standards for diagnostic testing procedures
  • Document compliance with regulatory agency requirements
  • Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
  • 0-1 year of experience performing radiology services
  • Certification as required by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • BLS Certification
  • Understanding of current Minnesota Department of Health Regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience performing radiology services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
